Afghanistan haven’t won a Twenty20 match against India yet. Afghanistan will have to do something else to win the second T20 match. Before the start of the T20 World Cup, Afghanistan will play the second T20 match against India at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore. Before playing the second match, the players of the India-Afghanistan team will enter the field to correct the mistakes of the first match.
Afghanistan will want to beat India to level the series at 1-1. Due to its small boundaries and level field, the Holkar Cricket Stadium is considered a batsman’s paradise. Afghanistan’s batting line-up looks long but their batsmen are often inexperienced.
Rahmanullah Gurbaz , Ibrahim Zardan , Azmatullah Omarzai and Mohammad Nabi are an experienced batsman, Afghanistan visitors are eagerly waiting for a good innings from their bat. In the first T20 match, Mohammad Nabi scored 42 runs with the help of 3 sixes and 2 fours. But none of Afghanistan’s batsmen could score 50 runs .
The bowling department looked a bit weak as Rashid Khan was not in the Afghanistan squad. Now Mujeeb ur Rahman and experienced all-rounder Mohammad Nabi are handling the bowling department of Afghanistan team. Mujeeb Ur Rahman took 2 wickets in that match. Afghanistan’s fast bowling unit needs to be strengthened. In the first T20 match, the Afghanistan bowlers could not make an impact on the Indian batsmen. For Afghanistan to win the second match, they will have to focus on their batting, bowling and fielding. After the first match error, Afghanistan’s skipper Ibrahim Zadran will motivate every member of his squad to perform well and win.
